Our client is a Private Equity backed Australian health business experiencing strong growth. A newly created role is available for a commercially-minded Finance Analyst to provide support across the business.
Role
Reporting to the Head of Commercial Finance, the Finance Analyst will support the business to streamline processes, including:

  • Work collaboratively with Business Partners and other stakeholders to support and provide advice across various functions of the business
  • Modelling and analysis of business systems to assist with process improvements
  • Gather insights to identify financial targets and control budgets
  • Simplify financial metrics and effectively connect to commercial performance
  • CPA or CA qualification
  • Experience with a Big 4 Chartered Accounting firm will be highly regarded
  • Strong technical knowledge across accounting and financial planning & analysis
  • Commercial approach, with the ability to utilise data metrics to inform business decisions
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively partner with stakeholers across the organisation
