The company is a large corporate advisory firm in the infrastructure sector with a highly experienced team of professionals in project finance who specialize in some of the biggest projects and aim to make an impactful difference in their clients' lives.

Description

As a Financial Analyst, you will be responsible for developing project finance models for infrastructure projects and will take ownership for:
Developing and maintain complex financial models for infrastructure projects, including discounted cash flows, with sophisticated scenarios and prudent sensitivities.
Ensuring accuracy and up-to-date information in financial models and projections.
Conducting project, market, and industry research to refine assumptions and quantify risks.
Preparing presentations and reports for clients, investors, and lenders.
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather data and insights for financial analysis.
Providing financial analysis and recommendations to support decision-making for project investments.
Monitoring and analysing financial performance of projects, identifying trends and opportunities for improvement.
Supporting financial due diligence and risk assessment for potential projects.

Profile

This role would suit a Finance Analyst with the following experience:
Minimum of 3 years financial modelling experience in project finance
Bachelor's degree or higher in finance, economics, accounting or a related field.
Ability to work well in a creative and fun team culture.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent Excel skills, with experience in Access, VBA and/or Python desirable.
