    This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled Executive Assistant to join a growing and innovative Real Estate agency in the Eastern Suburbs.     The Responsibilities:
    • Manage Director's schedule, emails, travel arrangements, and appointments
    • Conduct market research and assist with inquiries
    • Coordinate travel logistics and reservations
    • Handle documentation for property transactions
    • Oversee Advertising & Marketing tasks
    • Handle internal and external communications
    • Assist with various projects as needed
    The Ideal Candidate:
    • Solid Real Estate administration background
    • Hold a valid Certificate of Registration
    • Experience managing high-end clients and properties
    • Professional appearance and demeanor
    • Exceptional customer service skills
    • Strong communication and organizational abilities
    • Capable of independent work and teamwork
