EL1 Assistant Director - Integrity Reporting to work for one of our
Federal Government clients based in
Surry Hills.

The position is
12-month contract role with the possibility of extension.***Open Rate/Daily (excluding super)
7.6 hours per day and 38 hours per week


About the role:


  • The EL1 Assistant Director Integrity Reporting (Labour Hire) is accountable under broad direction to undertake very complex work that delivers quality outcomes across the risk functions of the client.
  • The position is an important team leadership position within the client and will have delegated authority and responsibility to resolve issues and risks across wideranging activities of substantial depth involving significant detail. The role requires providing leadership, control, planning, resource management, performance management and decision making for the Team Membership and assigned Contractors working within the Work Area.
  • The EL1 Assistant Director Integrity Reporting (Labour Hire) is responsible for actively managing key internal and external stakeholder relationships and where required will represent and negotiate on behalf of the client to advance the client's interests across a range of forums.

Responsibilities of the role include but are not limited to:

  • Supporting the design and implementation of an integrity performance reporting framework, including performance monitoring and reporting to support the broader division.
  • Developing reporting collateral including templates, dashboards, updates and responses required to various reporting requirements, incorporating data.
  • Analysing and incorporating data into designated ongoing performance and operational reports.
  • Application of analytical and statistical techniques to highlight actionable insights into emerging trends.
  • Supporting the design and implementation of a benefit measurement framework to estimate and report on the impact of strategic initiatives addressing Scheme integrity.
  • Contributing to the preparation of briefs and reports that draw on evidencebased analysis for a variety of internal and external stakeholders, including the Executive and the Board's committees.

Required Skills:

Leadership: Ability to provide leadership and control within the team, including planning, resource management, performance management, and decision-making.

Stakeholder Management: Experience in actively managing key internal and external stakeholder relationships, representing and negotiating on behalf of the organization.

Reporting Framework: Skills in supporting the design and implementation of an integrity performance reporting framework, including performance monitoring, data analysis, and reporting.

Benefit Measurement: Experience in developing and implementing a benefit measurement framework to estimate and report on the impact of strategic initiatives.

Communication: Strong communication skills to contribute to the preparation of briefs and reports for internal and external stakeholders, including executives and board committees, based on evidence-based analysis.
