    The Company

    An exciting opportunity for an experienced Client Liaison Officer to join an established residential builder. You will enjoy a supportive team environment with a diverse range of individuals of varying backgrounds.     The Role

    • Client Communication and Management
      • Keep clients in the loop and handle any issues that arise.
      • Build strong relationships with clients and our team.
    • Contract Administration:
      • Manage contracts and make sure everything is legal and on track.
      • Keep an eye on project performance and make sure everyone follows the rules.
    • Construction Oversight:
      • Get projects off the ground smoothly and make sure everything's in place.
      • Lead meetings to set expectations and solve problems early.
    • Document Management:
      • Keep all project documents organized and up-to-date.
    • Construction Administration:
      • Guide the construction team and work closely with everyone involved.
      • Keep track of progress and update everyone regularly.
    • Handover Coordination:
      • Transition projects from construction to completion smoothly.
      • Make sure all obligations are met before projects over.

    What you need

    • At least 5 years of experience in a similar role.
    • Basic understanding of the building process.
    • Strong time management, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
