The Opportunity


MBS Online is seeking an experienced Program Liaison on an initial twelve-month contract to support the direct development, implementation and coordination of client-sponsored, custom solutions.

The role will support an existing initiative, the Digital News Academy (DNA) through its critical mass phase of delivery, to coordinate the roll-out of multiple cohorts.

The DNA Program Liaison will be instrumental in coordinating and supporting the Digital News Academy (DNA).


Some key accountabilities will include:


  • Work in concert with MBSO Project Manager to ensure commercial project outcomes are met, accurately reported, and frequently communicated with the project leadership team
  • Manage and coordinate relevant communications for the DNA, in accordance with the School's policies, procedures and strategic prioritiesManage an allocated budget dedicated to SME engagement, with oversight from the Project Manager.
  • Endtoend management of SME engagement on LiveLabs, including the liaison, engagement, and coordination of the booking of SMEs to ensure timely engagement on relevant live delivery, design, or consultation.
  • Liaise with the academy director and project manager on budgetary impacts to SME bookings, and escalate any risks to the budget for resolution by the PM and/or AD.
  • Work with the broader MBS Online team and the whole of the school to support program coordination, project delivery, and stakeholder engagement.
  • Manage the social media platforms for project deliverables, including content creation, sharing, engaging, record keeping, and comms development.
  • Role model 'futureofwork' habits and digital fluency capability

About you

  • You will bring to us significant experience in endtoend coordination of large and complex projects within agreed timeframes and budgets ideally in education, IT, AV or Digital Transformation. You have excellent relationshipbuilding and stakeholder management skills as well as highly developed planning and organizational skills.
