The Opportunity

Buildings and Property Division are currently seeking a Client Liaison Officer to provide customer service and business support to the Monash University community and Buildings and Property.

The Client Liaison Officer is the first point of contact for internal and external clients and works to resolve customer service issues on behalf of the Division.

Business support is extended to emergency response activities, maintenance and minor works requests, security and parking, and ad-hoc project support.

The position also provides a campus induction for on-site contractors including the issuing of keys, access and identification.

Providing professional customer service to staff, visitors, contractors and students
Capture accurate and timely data entry, undertake data verification and issue work/project communications
Develop and maintain excellent working relationships with colleagues, services providers and other stakeholders
