    About the role

    The Client Liaison Officer will work closely alongside relevant case managers to provide quality care to our respected clients at VMCH, establishing strong working relationships with relevant VMCH stakeholders and external.

    Providing top-tier administrative skills encompassing, yet not restricted to...

    • Basic rostering queries
    • Incident reporting
    • New client intake
    • Inbound/ outbound calls
    • Post-sales aftercare to clients and staff
    • Adhere to relevant policies/ procedures.

    This is a fast-paced environment requiring management of multiple tasks simultaneously, playing an integral part of the business.

    About you

    You have a knack for all things administration and show genuine care to older members of the community and their loved ones. You will enjoy troubleshooting, triaging and maintain continuous promotion of client satisfaction through effective communication and care.

    To be considered for this opportunity you will have..

    • Advanced computer literacy along with sound written and verbal communication
    • Ability to work collaboratively with all members in the workplace
    • Experience working in a similar role within the aged care sector or have genuine passion for aged care
    • Experience working with high volume in a fast-paced environment
    • A keen eye for detail and excellent organisational and time management skills
