    Contracts Manager – Building Services
    Perth

    Company
    Tier 1 multi discipline building services subcontractor that work on major projects across Perth and regional WA.

    Looking for an experienced contracts manager to work across full life cycle of projects from pre-construction to delivery phase.

    Position
    Reporting into the director the role will accountable for cost & contracts management across multiple projects where you will support various project and construction managers. You will also review contracts at pre award stage to mitigate risk and negotiate preferred terms, including departures.

    Your role will also include;

    • Pre construction / contract review
    • Risk profiling and negotiation strategies
    • Variations
    • Payments & progress claims
    • Supporting project managers & director

    You
    To be successful you will have worked in a similar role previously where you have had exposure to commercial and contract management.

    You will have sound knowledge of electrical packages that can include; mechanical electrical, building management systems, access control and/or CCTV.
