The Client:


Our client provides commercial cleaning, hygiene and waste management services to clients across aquatic & leisure centres, stadiums & racecourses, major venues & precincts, domain areas, and commercial & retail facilities.


The Opportunity:


Working as part of the operational team, this role is responsible for supporting our operations in specified contracts and events.

This involves administrating contract employees including rostering, managing the quality and cost-effective delivery of contracted services to clients while maintaining excellent relationships, solving problems and ensuring timely delivery of deadlines and optimizing the profitability of the contract.

A primary component of this role is the delivery of monthly contract reporting back to the business.

The Contracts Administrator is also responsible for:

  • Management of safety and environment within the workplace
  • Development and succession of staff as key reports
  • Commitment to the implementation of company policies and procedures, including the effective communication of these to the contract team
  • Diligence and energy in planning and delivery of services in a professional manner.
  • Establishing a responsive business relationship with customers through customer satisfaction monitoring, problem reporting, escalation, resolution and continuous improvement processes
  • Financial reporting
  • Budgeting
  • Managing multiple contracts
  • Industry Qualifications or proven experience in the industry
  • Proven experience in leading an Operational business
  • Proven operational administration experience.
  • Excellent project management and resource planning skills.
  • Client relationship management expertise.
  • Financial reporting
and analysis expertise.

  • Strong leadership, people management and motivational ability.
  • Welldeveloped communication skills.
