Description

Accounts Payable officer to join a dynamic and supportive team in the Northern suburbs. We are seeking someone who has end-to-end experience that will be able to step in and take ownership over this function. This opportunity will allow you to to have input and implement process improvement when required.

This role will be suited to someone that is looking for a full-time opportunity. 2 days working from home available after training.

Responsibilities include:

Payment allocations and management of expenses
Reviewing, processing and verifying and reconciling all payment expenditures including purchase orders
Account reconciliation
Monitor accounts to ensure payments are on time
Maintain confidentiality of company information
Ad hoc office duties

Experience required:

Strong attention to detail
The ability to work autonomously
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Accurate and timely data entry
Ability to maintain stakeholder relationships

To be successful in this role you will have prior experience in a similar end-to-end Accounts Payable position.
