    The role:

    An exciting role to kick start your career in real estate which will allow you to provide support to the Associate Director, Senior Property Manager or Property Manager in the day to day management of their client portfolios. To operate within budget limits, authorities, requirements, and procedures issued by Knight Frank Senior Management and the client.

    Key tasks:

    • Support the team with day-to-day activities associated with managing client portfolios.
    • Coding of invoices, financial accounting including accounts payable, receivable, and budgeting.
    • Raise Purchase Orders as required.
    • Arrears Management
    • Undertake fixed, CPI and assist with market rent reviews.
    • Lease maintenance to ensure information is up to date and correct.
    • Monthly tenant reporting which will include, general issues, maintenance issues, upcoming works, relevant schedules, and arrears recommendations.
    • Monitoring and follow up of any defects and ongoing maintenance of your portfolio, assigning works and ensuring work orders are completed and actioned accordingly.
    • Establish, maintain and build conciliatory, pro-active open relationships with all tenants, clients and service providers.

    Who are we looking for?

    • Have at least 1 years' experience in a similar property role.
    • Relevant degree preferable, i.e. Bachelor of Business (Property).
    • Hold a valid and current Agents Representative/Certificate of Registration (essential).
    • Possess competent skills in utilising the MS Office Suite.
    • Hold strong analytical skills in conjunction with high attention to detail.
    • Possess strong organisation skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
    • Be a confident communicator with a demonstrated ability to engage within a team.
    • Look for opportunities to contribute, innovate and add value.
    • Demonstrate initiative and a proven ability to work autonomously.
    • Be able to coordinate business submissions and reports.
