Accounts Payable Officer

Varied accounts role

Location: Northern Location

Salary Package: Depending on experience.

Role Highlights: Exciting and varied role in a supportive team environment. Accounts Officer role with an AP focus.

Role Overview:

Maintain the payables inbox
Entering supplier invoices
Matching and coding purchase orders
Obtain appropriate approvals and internal verifications for payment
Set up new suppliers including credit checks
Coordinate paperwork for payment term changes
Enter all supplier payments
Handle supplier queries

Candidate Profile:

You'll be an experienced Accounts Administrator with a strong understanding of the accounts payable process. You will have excellent attention to detail, organisational skills and great interpersonal and communication skills. Experience using an ERP system would be advantageous. Confidence using Excel is also preferred.
