- Manage and resolve customer enquiries
- Accept & follow up customer quotes, orders and enquires
- Process orders and record customer information into CRM
- Login service call requests
- Provide advice in relation to basic service technical enquiries
- Arrange service calls and allocation of technicians
- Develop strong relationships with external and internal stakeholders
- General administrative duties
- Demonstrated customer service experience within a technical environment
- Experience scheduling technicians
- Working knowledge using large ERP / CRM
- High-level communication skills
- Ability to take ownership and follow customer enquires through to conclusion
- Operate with a sense of urgency
- Ability to work in a busy, fast-paced work environment
- $33p/h plus super - immediate start
