Hitachi Construction Machinery Australia is part of a global brand providing a variety of machinery for the construction and mining industries.


Our Corporate Support Office in Parramatta has an opportunity for an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join us in the position of Service Administrator.

**Reporting to the National Manager

  • Fleet Solutions, your responsibilities will include**:
  • Assist with maintaining an upkeep of our contract systems by accurate data entry into the system.
  • Assist, guide, and resolve operation issues and Service Tickets for service and contract systems.
  • Service & Warranty Administration and General Backup and Support for our head office and Branch Operations
  • Other Administration duties as required

To be successful you will need:

  • Previous experience in a similar role will be a distinct advantage
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Demonstrated MS Office experience, including Word and Excel
  • The ability to work autonomously as well as part of a team
