About the role - Service Delivery Administrator

We are looking for a casual HR data entry specialist who loves doing structured and detailed work and who is keen to develop their HR systems skills.


Reporting to the Service Delivery Team Leader and working within a supportive team, we are looking for a person who has a keen eye for detail, has great administration skills and wants to give back by working for a Christian not for profit organisation.

If you take pride in your work, take initiative to identify and fix problems, and are committed to providing a quality service you will fit right in.


This role works closely with the HR, Recruitment and Payroll teams by providing information in response to staff questions, completing onboarding tasks for new staff and preparing employment contracts, and setting up staff details in our payroll system, Chris21.

You will be using a number of IT systems and need to complete tasks against performance targets.


As the Service Delivery Administrator, you will ideally have previous experience in a similar role and thrive on working in a busy team.

Resilience to change and demonstrated flexibility is helpful to your success in this role.

This is a Casual role based at Norwest with hybrid work arrangements.


About You

  • Intermediate MS Office skills
  • High attention to detail
  • Clear communication, both written and verbal
  • Willingness to learn
  • Demonstrated ability to manage high workloads, follow processes and work to deadlines
  • You might studying HR or Commerce and want to pick up casual work that relates to your degree
