Talent Connect are partnering with a global manufacturing company based in the Winston Hills area. We are seeing an exceptional administrator to join the customer service team.You will have the opportunity to join a collaborative team with a great culture and working environment.
You will use your excellent attention to detail and communication skills to partner with internal and external stakeholders to contribute to the success of the organisation.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Provide excellent service to customers and be the primary point of contact for customer liaison and orders.
- Manage and submit the customer order through its life cycle.
- Liaising with customers and warehouse staff regarding orders
- Maintaining the database and submitting information regarding customer orders and invoices
- Communicating with customers regarding outstanding accounts owed
- Partnering with Office staff, Warehouse staff & Sales Team
- Ad hoc administration duties as required
Who you are?
- Personable and professional with demonstrated customer service or administration experience
- Excellent time management skills with high attention to detail
- Strong MS Office Suite capabilities and confident learning new systems
- Able to work autonomously or collaboratively within a fast paced role, able to prioritise work and demonstrate adaptability
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
