    The role:

    Knight Frank Australia's Project Management team is growing on the back of great opportunities. We are looking to bring on a highly experienced Senior Project Management to lead & deliver Project Management engagements for existing and new clients across retail, commercial, residential and industrial assets.

    Your experience in new build, asset refurbishment and workplace fitout projects will be vital is your success as well as leveraging your skillset in motivating the team around you.

    Key responsibilities:

    • Project feasibility studies and budget costings
    • Procurement of project teams, including design consultants, certifiers, and other consultant required
    • Design process management
    • Development of project procurement methodologies and project quality plans
    • Tender and Bid management
    • Project management services will be across a varied mix of projects including new build, refurbishment and repositioning projects across various asset classes
    • Contribute to business development including strategy, tenders/submissions, client pitches and pricing submissions
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with the industry across consultants, contractors, and clients
    • Identify and lead opportunities to increase market share and revenue with clients

    Who are we looking for?

    • At least 7 years of relevant experience in project management either for a client, consultancy, or contractor either self delivering or working as part of a larger team.
    • Degree level qualification or equivalent in a property related discipline such as architecture or engineering, project or construction management
    • Strong computer literacy across MS suite
    • Strong written and verbal communication
    • Good attention to detail and responsiveness
    • Strong organisation, time management and multi-tasking skills and abilities
    • Ability to manage stakeholders and relationships
    • Creative problem solver
