  • Reúne equipos de proyecto, asigna responsabilidades individuales, supervisa el presupuesto según el plan y obtiene los recursos necesarios.
  • Planifica, programa y organiza todas las fases de los proyectos, incluida la definición y preparación de ofertas.
  • Tiene responsabilidad de dirección, finalización y resultado financiero de los proyectos; es el enlace principal entre los clientes, los subcontratistas y el equipo del proyecto.
  • Lidera uno o más proyectos multidisciplinarios de tamaño moderado a grande, mayor complejidad, riesgo moderado o valor moderado.
  • Asegura los presupuestos y márgenes de Ausenco y maximiza la rentabilidad del proyecto para Ausenco dentro del marco comercial del proyecto.
  • Garantiza que el alcance del trabajo del proyecto se entregue al cliente a tiempo, dentro del presupuesto y de acuerdo con los estándares y objetos de calidad de las partes interesadas clave.
  • Demuestra buen juicio e iniciativa en la interpretación y aplicación de políticas, procedimientos y mejores prácticas, y en la planificación y ejecución de proyectos.
  • Trabaja de forma autónoma con supervisión limitada y guías, mentores y entrenadores de los miembros del equipo del proyecto; responsable de la calidad del trabajo ejecutado por los miembros del equipo.

    • Acerca de ti

  • Titulado en Ingeniería Civil y/o Mecánica
  • 15+ años de experiencia, en gestión de proyectos en minería en alguna de las siguientes disciplinas (relaves, obras de tierra, ambiental y permisos, manejo de agua, supervisión y CQA)
  • Experiencia en todas las etapas de construcción
  • Inglés Avanzado
