    FBI are partnering with a Creative Agency who are looking for a seasoned Project Manager who will report directly to the Head of Project Management.

    You will be part of a small and highly cohesive team, contributing on a broad and varied basis to the success of the business, successful outcomes for clients and a highly enjoyable team atmosphere, with a great deal of scope for long-term growth and opportunity.

    Responsibilities:

    • Create and manage project plans, contact reports, timelines, and budgets.
    • Own project status and lead meetings with clients and external teams.
    • Communicate regular project updates, managing expectations for smooth workstream operations.
    • Identify and mitigate risks to ensure project success.
    • Manage creative and strategic resources, optimising team capacity.
    • Ensure quality control by overseeing and approving project deliverables.
    • Build relationships with external teams and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
    • Produce cost estimates and statements of work in collaboration with senior team members.
    • Scrutinise timesheets for project efficiency and profitability.
    • Support Client Services team by interacting with clients, understanding project needs and objectives.
    • Lead and present in meetings relating to project deliverables and plans.
    • Maximise profitability on all project work.

    Requirements:

    • 3+ years of previous agency experience in project management.
    • Strong time management skills with a proven ability to focus on priorities, solve problems, juggle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
    • Proven track record of delivering multi-channel campaigns.
    • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
    • Financially astute and comfortable in commercial conversations.
    • Ability to lead multiple discipline teams and collaborate across departments.
    • Strong organisational and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and deliver high-quality work under pressure.
    • A strong interest in culture, both personally and professionally.
