    As a result of successful regional growth strategy, they're looking for a Project Manager on a permanent basis, responsible for the profitable completion of High Voltage system construction while maximising customer satisfaction, efficient resource usage and safe work practices.

    RESPONSIBILITIES:
    • Meet compliance obligations including customer, asset owner, government and other stakeholders
    • Coordinate resources from multiple disciplines including various electrical roles, civil teams, non-electrical utilities, construction and design teams
    • Direct and manage project execution through managing individuals and commitments; influencing upwards the outcomes necessary for successful project delivery
    • Inspire, coach and mentor our people and our subcontractor partners to grow, realise their potential, to support our customers and one another
    YOU WILL HAVE:
    • Degree in Electrical engineering or other relevant technical discipline
    • 5+ years' experience in Project Management
    • HV electrical project is advantageous
    • Experience with delivering substation construction projects
    • Demonstrable knowledge and application of Project management methodologies
    • Strong client and stakeholder relationship building skills
