    About the Opportunity

    Due to an increase in demand, we have a unique opportunity for a experienced Sales Executive to join Savills Commercial Sales team in Sydney CBD. This is a brilliant opportunity for an ambitious, confident and eager Sales professional, keen to explore a career within Corporate Real Estate or an experienced Property Sales Agent looking for their next challenge.

    Key responsibilities will include;

    • Display an ability to maintain an understanding of both local and national real estate markets
    • Provide potential customers with reliable and accurate advice regarding property movements and industry trends
    • Focusing on the listing and selling of properties
    • Ensure all necessary tasks associated with listing and selling real estate are carried out in an efficient, expedient and professional manner
    • Be responsible for co-ordination and placement of advertising and marketing material, as well as the preparation of sales contracts and associated correspondence
    • Assist with property inspections and auctions to the extent permitted under real estate law
    • Ensure agreements are accurately documented and executed by the client and Head of Division in a timely manner
    • Be aware of the corporate marketing strategies and assist implementation
    • Maintain and improve market knowledge and associated legislation
    • Maximise public relations opportunities for the company

    What Sets You Apart

    • 1-5 Years Sales Experience in Property or another industry
    • Property degree/Property license preferable but not essential
    • High level of initiative
    • Excellent communication and negotiating skills
    • Immaculate presentation
    • Enthusiasm and a strong desire to succeed
