    We are looking for candidates who possess supervisory expertise, excellent communication abilities, a results-oriented approach, and a sincere love for reading that you can share with customers.

    This is a full-time position with a fixed roster from Tuesday to Saturday, totalling 38-39 hours per week.

    Your responsibilities

    • Guide and mentor the sales team to consistently meet and exceed established sales targets and KPIs.
    • Lead by example to cultivate a team that is dedicated to providing exceptional customer service.
    • Ensure the accuracy of stock levels with guidance from the buying and operations teams.
    • Create an aesthetically pleasing store layout in alignment with merchandising guidelines and promotional directives.
    • Maintain effective communication and collaborative relationships with operations departments and teams.
    • Be an advocate for a unified team culture that prioritises the health, safety, and well-being of both our teams and customers.

    To be successful in this role you will need:

    • Previous retail experience
    • Neat and tidy presentation with good communication skills
    • Comply with all relevant WHS policies & procedures.
    • A pro-active, enthusiastic individual who is a team player.
    • Previous experience leading a team.
