Lead Generation Team Leader for

Health Insurance Comparison is responsible for leading a team of approximately 10-12 lead generation agents, ensuring optimal performance and delivering high-quality leads in the Health Insurance space.


As a passionate and inspirational people leader, you will have a strong understanding of outbound phone calling processes, customer engagement techniques, and energy to drive the performance of others, as well as demonstrated adaptability to pivot in a scale up business environment.


Key Accountabilities

  • Supervise and monitor the daily activities of the lead generation team.
  • Provide coaching, guidance, and support to team members, fostering a positive and motivational work environment.
  • Monitor and evaluate agent performance, provide feedback and implement performance improvement measurements as required.
  • Facilitate regular team meetings.
  • Assist with recruitment, onboarding and training of new agents.
  • Act as a point of contact between team and management/other departments.
  • Assist team members in handling challenging/complex customer queries.

About You

  • Two (2) years experience in a team leadership role, preferably in a call centre or lead generation environment; or
  • Five (5) years as a successful lead generation or outbound sales agent.
  • Strong understanding of customer service, sales techniques, and lead generation processes.
  • Ability to coach, motivate and inspire team members.
  • Strong problem solving skills and ability to make decisions under pressure.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.


  • Computer literate

  • CRM software, Google suite, with ability to learn new software.
