    Description

    RIEDEL Communications is the leading provider of live production tools in the media, sports and entertainment sectors. To cover our customers' needs holistically, we are divided into three business units: Product Division, Managed Technology & Riedel Networks

    Our Managed Technology division rents out our audio, video, IT and communication solutions for international live events and offers a comprehensive service from project planning to on-site implementation. It's not just about festivals, like Rock am Ring or sporting events - like Formula 1 or the Super Bowl - but also about guaranteeing all guests a goosebump experience.

    YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Manage incoming rental requests via email and telephone
    • Manage top-up hire projects for Sales customers in coordination with the sales team
    • Create and oversee smaller projects within our ERP
    • Coordinate communications relating to larger projects with other international Riedel offices
    • Oversee administrative processes in the rental ERP relating to equipment availability, project documentation, and project billing
    • Work with Technical lead to keep department documentation updated
    • Assist with operations, crewing and logistics coordination for the department
    • Assist with the management of other department assets

    THAT'S YOU

    • Knowledge of Rental-specific ERP processes & software systems (Protonic Easyjob a plus)
    • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Products (Excel, Teams, Word specifically)
    • Experience in Operations management, Logistics, or Project management a plus
    • Solid knowledge of the live events or broadcast industry
    • Strong client-facing and teamwork skills
    • Solid organizational skills, including multitasking and time-management
    • Able to work autonomously
