    Description
    • Sydney CBD Office based; occasional site visits around greater Sydney
    • Defence building refurbishment project
    • Manage day to day project works

    Join our expanding Sydney operations team and coordinate the day-to-day delivery of our ongoing refurbishment projects. Based on site in the Sydney CBD, you will collaborate closely with our NSW team, ensuring robust and timely project delivery and engineering solutions.

    THE ROLE

    • Engagement with subcontractors
    • Manage day to day project activities
    • Plan and coordinate works, equipment and personnel
    • Oversee procurement and subcontractor engagement
    • Drive HSEQ and HSEQ compliance
    • Manage RFI's, ITP's and Quality documentation
    • Preparing and submitting progress claims
    • Monitor project costs
    • Coordinate direct labour workforce and sub-contractors
    • Program and scheduling works
    • Quantity take-offs
    • Prepare tender submissions
    • Undertake site inspection to ensure works are completed according to specification

    ABOUT YOU

    With extensive experience in project delivery, you'll possess the following;

    • Proficiency with Microsoft project
    • Exposure to construction industrial projects
    • Prior exposure to Defence projects (highly desirable)
    • Experience managing fit-out trade packages
    • Experience in tendering and managing subcontractors
    • Project engineering and delivery skills, including budgeting and coordinating work
    • Positively influence, develop and maintain stakeholder relationships
    • Ability to work both autonomously and in a team
    • Proven problem-solving ability and can 'think outside the box'
    • Attention to detail and the ability to prioritise and manage deadlines
