    Description

    We are currently seeking an experienced Project Coordinator /Contract Administrator to join the team, focusing on high-end commercial and residential fit-out and refurbishment projects.

    Your day to day:

    • Managing project documentation such as contracts, permits, drawings, specifications, and change orders.
    • Preparation and distribution of project-related reports, memos, and correspondence.
    • Assisting project managers in tracking project expenses, invoices, and budgets.
    • Handling purchase orders, processing invoices, and reconciling bank transactions.
    • Monitoring project costs and maintaining RFIs and change order files.
    • Collaborating with accounts departments to reconcile financial data and ensure accuracy.
    • Preparation of WHS documents as required.

    About you:

    • Preferred Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or similar field.
    • Previous experience as a Project Administrator, Contract Administrator, or similar role in the construction industry.
    • Knowledge of construction project management processes and terminology.
    • Experience with contractor management software and proficiency in Microsoft Office.

    Additional Information:

    • You'll be working with a construction company specialising in high-end commercial and residential fit-out and refurbishment projects, ranging from $550k to $3M.
    • Salary guide: $110k - $140k plus superannuation.
    • Full-time, permanent position located in the eastern suburbs, with most projects situated within the city/eastern suburbs area.
