We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated client side Project Coordinator to join our team on a full-time basis. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of 2 years' experience in project coordination or management, preferably in the construction or real estate industry, excellent communication and negotiation skills and the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

Key Responsibilities include:

Provide project management assistance from project planning to implementation under the guidance of the Project Manager
Assist in the preparation and maintenance of project timelines, budgets, resources and programs
Assist in the management of procurement process and drive efficiency through procurement strategic planning to realise cost savings
Ensure project priorities are clearly established to meet stakeholder's expectations and keep stakeholders well-informed
Liaise and coordinate with service providers to ensure they contribute positively to projects, as directed by the Project Manager
Assist in the developing of critical documentation for construction and occupation certification
Ensure projects are compliance with legal obligations, financial processes and delegated authority

Requirements

Relevant Qualifications in Project Management, Construction Management, Civil Engineering or related field
Proven more than 2 years' experience in project coordination or management, preferably in the construction or real estate industry
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Strong organization and time management skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
Proficiency in project management software and tools
Mandarin speaking is a plus
