    The Company

    This forward thinking boutique accounting firm are based in the Melbourne CBD. They offer a unique range of services to their clients including business services, superannuation, tax and financial planning

    The Role

    They are now seeking a driven Receptionist/Administration Assistant to join their close knit team. You will be responsible for providing a high level of customer service to their clients and administrative assistance to a team of Accountants.

    Duties & Responsibilities

    • Meeting and greeting clients
    • Answering phones and liaising with clients
    • Incoming and outgoing mail
    • Drafting letters and correspondence
    • Collating tax returns
    • Liaising with the ATO in regards to client queries
    • Following up on outstanding documentation and signatures from clients
    • Updating client information on the database
    • Lodgements of BAS/IAS and income tax returns
    • Preparing letters
    • Preparing documents to be sent out to clients
    • Ordering stationary and consumables for the office
    • Booking meetings and ensuring the office is kept in a tidy manner
    • Scanning, filing and archiving
    • Any other adhoc administration duties as required.

    About You

    • Previous experience working in an accounting firm.
    • Exceptional customer service skills
    • A positive and hard working attitude
    • Be a people person and love talking to new people
    • High attention to detail
