Located in the heart of Melbourne CBD national mid-tier law firm prides itself on leading the path away from the traditional law firm model and being progressive forward-thinkers.

They have recently moved in to brand new offices and are located conveniently near public transport.

THE ROLE

On behalf of this reputable firm, we are recruiting for a vibrant and friendly Corporate Receptionist to be the face of their Melbourne office.

Duties of this Receptionist position will include, but are not limited to:

Meet and greet visitors and offer refreshments;
Book and confirm meeting room availability and manage changes to meeting room bookings;
Ensure the meeting rooms and the reception area are kept clean, tidy and well presented at all times;
Set up meeting room facilities including audio visual equipment;
Arrange and manage courier bookings and paperwork;Receive incoming deliveries and couriers;
Maintain reception registers and records; and
Ad hoc admin duties when required.

THE CANDIDATE

To be successful for this receptionist position, you will have experience as a Corporate Receptionist within a law firm or within professional services.

In addition to this you will:

Possess a strong communications skill set; and
Be able to work in the office 5 days a week.
