About the role:

Work alongside the current Receptionist in this busy, fast paced role - right in the heart of the city.

You will be meeting & greeting clients and customers into the building and ensuring that they are looked after to a high standard.

Responsibilities:

Greet and welcome visitors in a courteous and friendly manner.
Manage incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate departments or individuals.
Maintain a tidy and organized reception area, ensuring a professional and inviting atmosphere.
Coordinate and schedule appointments, meetings, and conference room bookings.
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving any issues promptly and professionally.
Manage office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary.
Support the administrative team with adhoc tasks as required.

Requirements:

Proven experience in a Corporate Receptionist position.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Polished and professional demeanor with exceptional interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
A positive attitude, friendly demeanor, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
