Role Detail

Join our dynamic team at KWM's Melbourne office, nestled in the prestigious Collins Arch development.

As a vital member of our professional Business Services function, you'll be the friendly face that represents us on the client floor.

If you're a polished and welcoming individual with a passion for outstanding customer service, this part-time afternoon role might be your perfect fit.


Your day to day will include managing meeting rooms, anticipating client and staff needs, liaising with our catering team and above all, striving to create an exceptional KWM experience at all times.


In addition to your receptionist duties, approximately 20% of your time will be providing overflow support to our boardroom team - a willingness to jump in and assist with waiting duties, set up/pack down of boardrooms and overall flow of meetings/events will be essential.

Our team values cooperation and mutual support, so someone with a collaborative mindset will slot right in.

This role will cover the afternoon shift Monday
  • Friday
, with hours comprising 2:00 p.m. - 6:30 p.m. Some flexibility may be required on occasion.

About You

If you're a top notch corporate receptionist with the willingness to jump in and assist the hospitality team, chances are you're exactly what we're looking for


We'd love to see:

  • Sound knowledge of reception and front of house operations, including previous experience in the corporate/hospitality arena, ideally within professional services
  • Impeccable grooming with the ability to maintain a corporate uniform
  • An impressive phone manner with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels
  • Good planning and organisational skills, with an ability to prioritise work and meet deadlines
  • Experience with professional food and beverage service strongly regarded
  • High attention to detail
  • Ability to work without close supervision with strong use of initiative
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Customer service orientated with an ability to develop sound client relationships
  • Accuracy and attention to detail
  • Team focused, supporting all facets of the team to achieve a common goal
