Elite global law firm seeking experienced corporate receptionist:

Salary up to $75k package, dependant on experience:

Hours are 9am - 5.15pm, Monday to Friday

THE FIRM

We are recruiting on behalf of an elite global law firm that has more than 40 locations across the World.

They opened their office in Melbourne approximately five years ago and are already over 100 strong. They continue to expand and have recently taken over another floor within their office building.

Their people represent 90 nationalities and speak 80 languages.

THE ROLE
They are seeking an experienced Corporate Receptionist to join them on a permanent basis. The working hours are 9am - 5.15pm, Monday to Friday.

This is a front of house position and suited to someone who is keen to take on the responsibility of all aspects to the role.

Your key responsibilities will include (but not always limited to):

Meeting and greeting guests upon arrival;
Ensuring meeting rooms and reception area is kept clean and tidy;
Answer incoming calls and assist with general queries and information;
Couriers, mail and fax services; and
Ad hoc administrative and secretarial support.

ABOUT YOU

To be successful, you will have a proven Corporate Reception experience within a law firm or professional services and have a positive, proactive attitude to work.

You will take pride in your presentation and possess a strong communication skill set.

You will have a proactive approach to your work with the ability to interact effectively with all levels and the ability to work independently.
