    Description

    Baker Bleu is seeking to hire a full time Pastry Chef to work within its purpose-built pastry studio, located on Malvern Rd, in the Hawksburn Village precinct.


    About the Company:
    Baker Bleu is Melbourne's premier sourdough bakery.

    We dedicated ourselves to the natural wonder of sourdough and pride ourselves on making unique artisan bread and pastries, using only the finest ingredients.

    Our small and exclusive wholesale list includes high-profile restaurants such as Gimlet, Rockpool, Di Stasio Citta and Carlton Wine Room.

    We have an excellent reputation in our local communities and work with well-known charity groups in Melbourne.

    About the role:
    This role is a full-time position.

    The successful candidate will have previous experience within a pastry team, have relevant qualifications and be able to work in a small but dynamic team.

    The ideal candidate,

    • Be a qualified pastry chef with experience working with pastry and venoisserie.
    • Has experience working in a team with various processes and production
    • Presents effective communication skills
    • A positive and cando attitude with an upbeat personality and attention to detail.
