Woods & Co Recruitment have partnered with this growing hospitality manufacturer who are on the hunt for enthusiastic, experienced Bakers or Pizza Makers who are confident working as a part of small, close-knit team, making all doughs from scratch and willing to learn the manufacturing processes Great team and space for you grow in.

What do you do?

  • Have experience of a minimum of 2 years as a Pastry Chef, Baker or Pizza Maker
  • Work well in an autonomous environment
  • Have exceptional customer service
  • Be fun and outgoing and love a chat with your customers
  • Be an allrounder
  • Willingness to learn new processes
  • Have a Can-Do attitude
  • Experience working in production and manufacturer a bonus

What do you need?

  • Experience working as an autonomous Pastry Chef or Baker
  • Experience working under pressure in a fastpaced environment
  • Be well presented
  • Dough making and oven work
  • Hand molding and stretching
  • Experience with upkeep of all OH&S and HACCP
  • Experience making small batched items from scratch
  • Full working rights in Australia
  • Want to work long term for a great familyowned business
