Your new employer

Your new role
This is a traditional Executive Administrator role supporting the Executive Leadership Team. The team is looking for a mature-minded, experienced EA who is happy to work in the office.

The role will involve:

•Day-to-day personal and professional administrative support

•Email ownership and management

•Extensive personal and professional diary management including scheduling appointments, planning meetings, and organizing workshops/conferences.

•Proofing, producing, summarising, and composing confidential correspondence to the team

•Liaising, redirecting, and follow-up inquiries with stakeholders, clients, and external parties

•Organizing travel and accommodation arrangements, domestic and international.

What we need from you

•High level of business experience, ideally in Corporate Support and/or Quality Assurance

•Exceptional time management and organizational skills

•High-level communication skills

•Demonstrated interpersonal skills and relationship management abilities

•High level of computer literacy and proficiency with MS Office Suite
