We have an exciting opportunity for a motivated Customer Success Manager (CSM) - CISCO to join our team As a CSM, your objective will be to ensure long-term strategic success and delivery to our focus customers and clients by driving their adoption of solutions and services to help them achieve their business objectives and realize business value from their purchased Solutions.

You will achieve this through early engagement with customers, identifying and expanding opportunities, and ensuring renewals.


What you will be doing:

  • Actively work with clients to ensure timely usage reporting through monthly compliance efforts and to ensure upcoming renewals are executed and renewed with SLMS (Software License Management Services).
  • Monitor vendor mailboxes and respond to client, account executive, and Partner account executive requests.
  • Assist with the customer onboarding process.
  • Ensure clients adhere to the terms of their agreement through general licensing support and indepth compliance reviews.
  • Advise clients on the best practices of their Agreement and User License Rights.
  • Assist clients with postsales inquiries pertaining to licensing questions, operational issues relating to reporting, including part numbers/pricing.
  • Establish and maintain strong channel partner relationships.
  • Work with partner BDMs (Business Development Managers) to develop strategies to increase hosted licensing sales through the channel.
  • Ensure that customers, sales, and internal teams are always updated with the latest news and offerings on the Microsoft software vendor programs that you support. You will be accountable for making sure that key information related to the vendor program(s) you support is distributed to various audiences in a timely manner.
To be considered for this role, you must possess the following skills and experience:

  • BS or equivalent in Business Information Systems or equivalent degree required
  • Cisco quoting, and familiarity of CCW and other Cisco quoting and licensing tools
  • Cisco license management (or ability to interpret Cisco software and licenses
  • Demonstrated experience in the thirdparty software licensing domain.
  • Strong planning, analysis, and communication skills.
  • Product and industry knowledge coupled with the ability to deal with clients at all levels and translate client needs into completion.
  • Ability to work according to strict deadlines and manage various demands.
  • Ability to build and manage a variety of financial opportunity pipelines.
  • Desirable IT integrator knowledge/experience.
  • Prior experience in CX/SDM (Customer Experience/Service Delivery Manager) role in a large environment.
  • Prior experience with software vendors, their commercial models, and licensing/software.
  • Understand SES' suite of products and have the ability to articulate key features and customer benefits of these products
  • Represent DXC Connect promote SES' benefits to internal and external clients
  • True up / True Forward review, preparation of quarterly and annual billing adjustments
