About Our Client:
Join a respected global leader in the Australian gaming market. Our client is renowned for their expertise in designing, developing, and manufacturing cutting-edge gaming products and systems. Serving the Club, Hotel, and Casino industries, their commitment to excellence is unmatched.
- Manage diaries, travel schedules, and expense reports for your Managers, with national invoice approval responsibility.
- Assist in preparing internal and external meetings and presentations, including developing materials, coordinating AV and meeting room equipment, and providing event logistics support.
- Handle timesensitive, confidential, or crossdepartmental special projects, serving as a goto resource.
- Support communication and engagement activities to ensure effective and consistent messaging to employees, investors, partners, and customers.
- Oversee the reception area and supervise one receptionist.
- Schedule recurring APAC meetings efficiently.
- Coordinate APAC Legal documents
The Successful Applicant:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and MS Teams.
- Excellent organisational and time management abilities.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Adaptability to support two executives and the leadership team, following directions while demonstrating initiative and influence.
- Ability to handle issues promptly and fairly.
- Autonomy in managing tasks and responsibilities.
- Experience in managing a direct report and overseeing a small team.
- Previous experience in general office administration
- Familiarity with SAP Concur (Expense Management System)
