    Description

    Senior Facilities Manager

    As the Senior Facilities Manager, you'll be the go-to person for key stakeholders. You'll oversee a team managing daily client operations, site budgets, engineering maintenance, contracts, staff relocation, space planning, events, purchasing, occupancy services, and helpdesk.

    If you're a confident, creative, and strategic communicator who thrives on improving processes and fostering a collaborative work environment, this role is tailor-made for you.

    Requirements:

    • Minimum of 5 years experience in facilities management
    • BA in facilities management or engineering
    • Experience in corporate facilities management
    • Familiarity with local health and safety regulations
    • Proven track record in team leadership and development
