An experienced Facilities Manager to join our Retail Property Management business managing the reins of a well-established public precinct.

Working with a friendly and dynamic team, you will showcase your skills and experience across facilities management and be empowered to own your role and trusted to make optimum decisions to best serve the operational needs of this unique environment.


The opportunity:


  • Manage the delivery of all Facilities Management services for the public precinct, tenant liaison and contractor management
  • Maintain the operational management of the precinct
  • Establish policies and procedures, WHS and compliance programs
  • Manage tenant/client relationships and work closely with the onsite and head office teams
  • Deliver and develop key stakeholder engagement by providing effective and timely communications to our tenants, stakeholders and client.
  • Ongoing maintenance management in addition to budgeting, forecasting, and planning
  • Management of service contractors, energy suppliers, technical consultants, and minor capital works contracts to ensure high levels of service performance

About you:


  • Previous Facilities Management experience within a retail environment
  • Experience and working knowledge of all property onsite facilities services, not limited to essential fire safety measures, mechanical services, hydraulic, building management systems and structural,
  • Strong organisational and computer skills with the ability to prioritise
  • Proven problem solver with the capacity to work under pressure
  • Advanced communication skills and a proactive and professional approach
  • The ability to build strong working relationships with stakeholders, client, and tenants.
