Opportunity with a top tier international commercial property agency.

Suited to a FM with a technical background or handyman skills.
Up to $114k package.

Our client is a leader in their field with an international presence.

They are regularly recognised for their contribution and achievements towards the Property market and for providing highly desirable working conditions for their teams.

Headed up by a supportive senior management team, their focus lies in an open and honest approach to their clients backed up by the ability to deliver results.

This position is dedicated to a CBD commercial office tower and is a combination role requiring handyman capability as well as excellent tenant and contractor relationship management skills.

Additional roles & responsibilities include:

Ensuring compliance is kept uptodate across the site.
Effective management of building services day to day, and conduct regular inspections of the site.
Maintain and file maintenance records.
Inductions and management of contractors through the site.
Key stakeholder engagement, providing impeccable customer service and relationship building with tenants.
Development of maintenance schedules & asset plan to ensure efficient working practice.
Assist with tenancy fitout coordination.
Delivery of capital works to scope, budget and timeframes

To be considered you will have:

3-5 years experience in a facilities operational role within a commercial office environment.
Excellent organisational skills, and the ability to work in a fast paced, dynamic environment.
Ability to build strong relationships quickly.
Experience managing building services we.
Strong understanding of compliance requirements.

With the ability to manage your time effectively, you will be self-motivated and passionate about delivering a high level of service to your clients.
