An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Luxury Boutique Manager to join their premium Sydney CBD Boutique

The Role

This role will see you managing your team alongside your Assistant Boutique Manager in ensuring your team is performing as per company standards through coaching and development and consistent achievements of your financial targets.

You will also be leading from the front in providing exceptional customer service to all clientele, and maintaining the store's presentation and administrative tasks.

Skills & Experience

To be considered for this opportunity, you must have proven experience in managing teams in a luxury environment, passionate about providing premium service and leading teams to achieve company targets and after-sales service.
