    A renowned global FMCG company known for its stellar reputation has recently completed the acquisition of a leading player in the industry, seamlessly integrating their operations. Committed to delivering top-notch products, this merger significantly enhances the company's diverse portfolio.

    As part of their expansion journey, they are currently on the lookout for a Brand Manager to join their dynamic team. Reporting directly to the Head of Marketing & Category, this role plays a crucial part in shaping the marketing strategy for key brands in the company's portfolio.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Develop and execute a comprehensive brand strategy to ensure a solid return on investment (ROI).
    • Conduct thorough consumer research and analyze category data to gain valuable insights, defining target audiences for effective marketing campaigns.
    • Supervise marketing campaign implementation with a focus on reaching the intended audience.
    • Track and assess brand performance to gather data-driven insights for optimizing strategies.
    • Lead the creative process for packaging, communications, advertising, consumer, and trade promotions across different brands and channels.
    • Manage the product portfolio, constantly seeking enhancement opportunities for product, packaging, and performance.
    • Explore new market, category, and segment opportunities, driving innovative initiatives for profitability and volume growth.
    • Develop a distinct brand positioning, messaging, and value proposition to differentiate in the competitive market.
    • Collaborate with agency partners, providing clear project briefs for successful marketing initiative execution.
    • Work closely with cross-functional teams, especially NPD (New Product Development) and Sales, to elevate brand awareness and boost sales performance.

    Required Skills & Experience:

    • Minimum of 3 years of experience in brand marketing within the agriculture sector (meat, dairy, vegetables, or fruit) is vital.
    • Highly strategic and innovative brand professional, excelling in attention to detail and successful execution.
    • Demonstrated ability to thrive under pressure, efficiently manage projects, and deliver on time.
    • Background in Business Management, Marketing, or Communications is preferred, showcasing a strong educational foundation.
    • Excellent relationship-building skills and the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders.
    • Proficient in measuring and optimizing ROI in brand and trade marketing investments for impactful outcomes.
    • Well-versed in marketing and product portfolio strategies, enabling effective business planning.
    • Strong presentation and creative skills to enhance brand messaging and storytelling.
