    The Role
    As the Trade Marketing Manager, you will have a vital role in formulating and executing strategic trade marketing initiatives to boost brand visibility and increase sales in the electrical appliance industry. Key responsibilities include:

    Strategic Planning:

    • Work collaboratively with the team to devise and implement trade marketing activities.
    • Organize and manage various events, overseeing logistics and generating leads.

    Trade Marketing Management:

    • Closely collaborate with sales teams to identify growth prospects and implement tactics.
    • Supervise brand visibility on retailer e-commerce platforms and carry out national promotional schemes.
    • Ensure significant ROI on trade operations and oversee instore presentations.

    Event Management:

    • Supervise participation in trade shows, briefings, and logistical aspects.
    • Lead customized events, manage venue selection, and oversee event budgets.
    • Conduct evaluations post-events and introduce enhancements.

    Stakeholder Communication:

    • Cooperate with internal teams and external associates to fulfill marketing needs.
    • Provide consistent updates and communication during the planning and execution phases.

    Budget Management:

    • Handle the trade marketing budget for cost efficiency and optimal ROI.

    Skills & Experience:

    • Holder of a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related discipline.
    • Demonstrated expertise in trade marketing within the electrical appliance industry or a related sector.
    • Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
    • Aptitude in devising and executing marketing strategies for business growth.
    • Capability to perform effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic setting.
