- An in-depth understanding and extensive demonstrated experience in project management, business analysis and business improvement frameworks, methodologies and best practice, and its practical application.
- Demonstrated strong communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Proven strong people management skills including extensive experience in the management, recruitment, and development of teams across multiple locations.
- Experience in analysing and optimising complex, enterprise business processes securing measurable benefits.

As part of the executive management team, the Associate Director, Project Management Office is responsible for developing and providing leadership of high-quality project, portfolio, business process improvement and business analysis services.
