    With extensive hands-on experience in corporate lending, the team is well positioned to capture the growing opportunities in the evolving market for privately negotiated corporate loans — a $1 trillion market previously dominated by banks.

    Having just moved in to stunning new offices, they are on the hunt for a face of the business to represent their brand.

    The CEO would like to appoint a superstar relationship builder, passionate people person, and client relations driven person to represent the firm as the main point of contact for their beautiful new Sydney office.

    Day to day:

    • Coordinate travel and accommodation for all Sydney team members
    • Diary management for Partners
    • Coordinate client events
    • Client engagement, building integral relationships internally and externally
    • Ensure the Sydney office environment always presents professionally.
    • Greet external guests and provide water, coffee, and tea for all meetings
    • Ensure office is supplied with bread, milk, fruit, snacks and drinks on a regular basis
    • Ensure all stationery, printer consumables and branded supplies are adequately stocked
    • Coordinate all Sydney team's birthdays, work anniversaries, and special events such as maternity/paternity leave, weddings, etc. and purchase gifts, cakes, and catering.
    • Assist with the on-boarding of new employees based in Sydney.
    • Coordinate staff engagement activities and events for the team.
    • Coordinate catering for all internal meetings/events as required.
    • Ensure Sydney office is compliant with WHS, building management and security requirements including but not limited to fire warden attendance and training, first aid training and supplies, reporting all safety issues with building management without delay, being key contact for security issues, testing and tagging of electrical equipment etc.
    • Manage all IT issues and new equipment relating to Sydney office.
    • Coordinate the order of new and replacement access cards, as well as keep a register for visitor access cards used by staff based in Sydney and interstate.

    Experience:

    • 5+ years experience in an EA/Office Manager or Client Relations role
    • Financial Services/Professional Services experience preferred
    • Take care and pride in their presentation
    • Excellent communication skills
