    The Role:
    As the Sydney Office Manager, you will find yourself being the company's first point of contact and providing administrative support across the organisation. You will handle the flow of people who come to reception and ensure that you are both personable and professional. Tasks need to be done on time and attention to detail is crucial. Due to the nature of the role, it will be completely onsite 5 days a week at our new Sydney Head Office in Barangaroo.

    Key Responsibilities:
    • Greet all guests at the reception, offer beverages for meetings and direct them to the right person
    • Being across all the meetings for the day and knowing when clients and guests will be coming through reception so that it is monitored and not unmanned
    • Being responsible for the incoming phone function, including monitoring knowing when there are issues with calls coming through and making sure the reception phone line is covered at all times during business hours
    • Keeping the reception area tidy and organised at all times
    • Checking, tidying and cleaning kitchen, empty and fill dishwashers and restocking all items throughout the day. Cleaning the fridge and coffee machine at the end of each day
    • Managing staff charity events or catering as required including buying and setting up the food and informing staff of the events that are taking place via meeting requests
    • Coordination of office-related social events
    • Provide ad-hoc support to our ELT
    • Assist with courier bookings
    • Organise events such as the Christmas Party
    Key Competencies and Qualifications required:
    • Proven working experience in similar Receptionist, Office Manager & Admin roles
    • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
    • High level of attention to detail
    • Highly skilled in greeting visitors and directing and announcing them appropriately
    • Ability to be resourceful and proactive in resolving and identifying issues that may arise
    • Ability to organise, multitask, prioritise and work under pressure
    Note:As part of our hiring process, you will be required to undertake a National Criminal History Check.
