    As our newest member and Head of Accounts Payable you will be joining a high performing team with a continuous improvement focus, who work together to meet the needs of our customers.

  • Ensuring timely payment of suppliers
  • Ensuring timely invoicing of chargebacks
  • Monitoring & forecasting volumes & performance to ensure the team is adequately resourced to meet service levels.
  • Allocation of onshore and offshore work
  • Reconciling and analysing data
  • Managing internal and external escalations
  • Working with internal stakeholders to improve processes & create efficiencies.
  • Managing relationships with the offshore team to drive productivity and quality outcomes.

  • Proven ability to inspire and lead teams
  • A high level of ownership and proven teamwork skills
  • The ability to meet deadlines & work under pressure
  • 3+ years' experience in a Leadership role
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office & Excel
  • Working knowledge of Lumina
  • Experience working within the Travel Industry
  • CA/CPA qualification or studying towards
