About the Company

Our client operates in the care services sector and has operations spanning state-wide. They are currently seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Officer to join their friendly and supportive team, to assist with a high workload.

About the Role

Working in a small team, your responsibilities will include -

Processing invoices and matching to purchase orders, processing of EFT/ BPAY payments in line with payment terms and reconciling creditor statements
Maintain the vendor Masterfile data to ensure records are up to date and accurate;
Review and resolve queries relating to Accounts Payable to ensure high quality service delivery to all stakeholders
Obtain authorisation for payments, including credit card and debit card processing
Monitor and follow up supplier insurance certificates of currency

About You

You absolutely must have Accounts Payable experience, preferably in a volume environment. We need a self-starter who is able to pick up new systems quickly, and who isn't afraid of an Excel spreadsheet. Covid vaccination is essential and reliability is a must.

Flexible start time
38 hours per week, Monday to Friday
$65 000 per annum plus super (equivalent to $75 000 plus super using salary packaging)
Over $18 000 in salary packaging benefits. Lifestyle expenses that you can claim include mortgage and rent payments.
6 month assignment (to start with)
