- Invoice data entry (Accounts Payable)
- Handling supplier invoice inquiries
- General filing & administration
- At least 12 months' Accounts Payable or finance experience, ideally within a legal/professional services environment
- Previous exposure to Purchase Order systems
- Strong MS Excel and data entry skills
- Knowledge of billing systems and/or document management systems advantageous
- Strong team player with high level of attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
